Howie Mandel -- Drugged Out, and It's Hilarious!!!

Good news for Howie Mandel's son Alex -- his dad loves him, at least that what he says in a drug-induced stupor. Howie had an endoscopy and was just coming out of the anesthesia when it son began videotaping him. It's really funny.
