Prosecutor: Man Who Fired Gun at Trump Rally 'Undercharged'

A lawyer for an Ohio man says his client feared for his life when he fired a handgun at a semitrailer that he says hit his vehicle and taunted the Trump “rolling rally” he was participating in.
