Kentucky Reports 3,481 New Confirmed Coronavirus Cases

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear, on Wednesday, says that the the state’s steadily declining test positivity rate is a sign the rate of new case numbers in the state is slowing down and continued to urge Kentuckians to follow the state’s coronavirus-related guidelines.
