Earlier Absentee Ballot Processing on Special Session Agenda

Gov. Ned Lamon is calling Connecticut lawmakers back to the state Capitol for a special session next week to consider allowing local election officials to being processing absentee ballots a little earlier, given the large number of expected ballots in this year's presidential election.
