Biden admin makes move on paused vax mandate

The Justice Department is seeking an immediate lift of an order halting the Biden administration’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate for businesses, claiming delays will cost “many lives per day.”“Delaying the Standard would likely cost many lives per day, in addition to large numbers of hospitalizations, other serious health effects,” the Department of Justice wrote to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
