Romney facing complex Utah nominating system in Senate race

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — U.S. Senate hopeful Mitt Romney will speak to thousands of Utah Republicans gathering Saturday at a party convention to vote for candidates ranging from Congress to state Legislature.
