PlayStation's 3.00 update, delivering YouTube streaming, goes live tomorrow

PlayStation 4's system software 3.00 goes live to users tomorrow, following a monthlong test of new features in a closed beta. System 3.00 will introduce streaming gameplay to YouTube as well as uploading 10-second clips directly to Twitter.
