Militants attack Libya's Foreign Ministry, 3 killed

BENGHAZI, Libya (AP) — A suicide bomber targeted the entrance of Libya's Foreign Ministry in Tripoli on Tuesday, killing three people, including a prominent militia leader, according to security officials.
