Mass Effect Andromeda Dev on Making New Aliens 'Empathetic'

Art director Joel MacMillan has opened up about BioWare's approach to designing a new alien race for Mass Effect Andromeda. And while the studio is remaining tight-lipped about the Kett's history, MacMillan did detail the importance in designing an empathetic alien race.
