Helldivers 2's PSN mandate won't stop players in unsupported regions from playing the game, while devs look "for better options"

Helldivers 2 PC players who live in regions without access to the PlayStation Network will still be able to play the game, even after the account linking mandate comes into effect, according to one developer. Publisher Sony recently announced that Helldivers 2 players on Steam would soon need to link their games to an active PSN account, or otherwise lose the ability to play the smash-hit co-op shooter.
