Deadly ethnic-based attacks erupt near Ethiopia's capital

ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia (AP) — Government officials and residents said overnight ethnic-based attacks in the outskirts of Ethiopia's capital, Addis Ababa, have killed several people and caused hundreds to flee their homes.
