D.C. Archdiocese sues Washington Metro over rejected Christmas ad

The Archdiocese of Washington has joined the ACLU in challenging the Washington, D.C., metro system’s advertising policies. After an ad with a Christmas theme was rejected, the archdiocese sued the transit authority for violating its First Amendment rights.
