Cuphead devs announce two new games: a hand-animated successor, and an 8-bit throwback

Cuphead is back. Nearly four years after the hand-drawn platformer released it's final expansion, The Delicious Last Course, developer Studio MDHR is back for more. During Summer Game Fest 2026 MDHR announced not one but two new projects.The first project is a true successor to the original Cuphead.
