Crytek Sues Star Citizen Dev Over Use of CryEngine

Crytek is suing Star Citizen developer Cloud Imperium Games (CIG) for breach of contract and copyright infringement over the use of its CryEngine.
The lawsuit, which names both CIG and Roberts Space Industries as defendants, claims the companies "utterly failed to follow through" on the following promises agreed upon in their Game License Agreement (GLA):
