Crane tips over on Florida police construction site

Surveillance footage shows the moment a construction crane toppled over in St Petersburg, Florida.Local police released the video of the crane crashing at the construction site of their new headquarters.Before the incident, St Petersburg Police said the facility was on track to be completed by spring of next year.
