Correction: Gas Pipeline Fight story

TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) — In a story Nov. 3 about Ohio suing the developer of a natural gas pipeline, The Associated Press reported erroneously the amount of the proposed fines against the Rover pipeline. It is $2.3 million, $2.3 billion.
