With climate change in the spotlight, Google makes ‘largest purchase’ of renewable energy
The search giant has added 842 megawatts of renewable energy from six deals around the world to power its data centers. The long-term contracts will last 10 to 20 years and will involve projects in Sweden, the U.S., and Chile.
