WhatsApp privacy case gets 'tied' to Aadhaar case in SC

A week after saying that privacy was a 'common law right', the Centre on Friday emphatically told the Supreme Court that privacy of personal data of internet and social network users is embedded in the right to life guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution.
