VLC adds another trick to its bag with support for 360-degree video

The VLC media player has just added another trick to its bag – support for 360-degree video. The functionality is currently offered as a technical preview for desktop, and should also be coming to Android, iOS, and Xbox One, as well as VR headsets, soon.
