TRAI Proposes to Cut Mobile Number Portability Processing Time to 2 Days

TRAI has proposed a penalty of Rs. 5,000 in each case where service providers contravene with set timelines and Rs. 10,000 for "each wrongful rejection" of porting requests by an operator.
