Target chases Amazon and Walmart with same-day delivery, but can it compete?

Target announced a new option on Target.com: same-day delivery via Shipt, a Target-owned delivery service. According to a news release, shoppers can get 65,000 items delivered in as little as one hour when they place orders on Target.com.
