Snapchat's new tool for Mac, Windows PC lets anyone create augmented reality filters

It has been mentioned that once the user is done creating a ‘Lens’ he/she will be given a special Snapcode which can be shared anywhere. Others can scan the code to unlock the ‘Lens’ made by the creator.
