‘Resident Evil 7’ will feature cross-save support on Xbox One and PC

Resident Evil 7 has largely been marketed as a PlayStation title, but the game will feature cross-save support on Xbox One and PC when it releases next January. It's not known whether or not it will be part of Xbox Play Anywhere.
