Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processors now fully support Windows 10

Microsoft and Qualcomm said this week that cellular-enabled PCs with Snapdragon processors will arrive next year using the full-blown version of Windows 10. Desktop software used on Intel and AMD-based machines will run on an emulator.
