Nvidia’s GTX 1080 and 1070 may have DisplayPort compatibility problems with the HTC Vive

Although the HTC Vive virtual reality headset's main display cable is HDMI, you can opt for mini-DisplayPort if you prefer. Don't go hooking it up to your GTX 1080/1070 though, as many users are having compatibility problems when using that standard.
