Google’s Android Oreo 8.1 OS version is found to have a bug that deals with the smartphones’ batteries. The bug, as mentioned by a user on Reddit (via Android Police), is overcharging the smartphones, which in this case is the 2016’s Google Pixel XL. It has been mentioned that the affected Pixel XL smartphones are pulling power worth 25W instead of 18W, which they actually be extracting.
