NASA breaks formation flying space record with Magnetospheric Multiscale mission

NASA breaks formation flying space record with its Magnetospheric Multiscale satellites, which flew only 4.5 miles apart from each other. Though the initial mission launched in March of 2015, the record was broken just last week.
