Mexican sewage spill flares US noses and tempers

IMPERIAL BEACH, Calif. (AP) — For more than two weeks, a stench of feces, ammonium and laundry detergent wafted through the air in the southwestern corner of the continental United States. Residents who contacted government offices got no answers.
