Lightweight filament for 3D printing developed in NIT-K

In a breakthrough research in the field of 3D printing technology, ​researchers at NIT-K, Surathkal in collaboration New York University, USA, have reported development of a syntactic foam filament that can be used in commercial 3D printers for printing lightweight components.
