Jay-Z’s Roc Nation launching TV division headed by ex-‘Project Runway’ boss

Jay-Z's entertainment company Roc Nation is stepping further outside of the music world, announcing that it will launch a new TV division. What the division will produce is anybody's guess, but it's hired an experienced pro to run it.
