IT firm Cyient to acquire WorkForce Delta for $2.7 million

IT firm Cyient on Wednesday said it will acquire WorkForce Delta, a consulting firm in mobile workforce management, at an enterprise value of USD 2.7 million (about Rs 21.5 crore) along with earnouts based on future performance.
