IIT topper's suit for Rs 5 crore damages: HC pulls up FIIT-JEE

IIT-JEE topper Nitin Jain is seeking Rs 5.85 crore as damages from the institute for luring students by misusing his videos and photos and breaching his and his family's right to privacy.
