IIT Bombay’s robotics competition is seeing numbers surge

Kavi Arya, professor of computer science & engineering at IIT Bombay, believes this season’s e-Yantra Robotics Competition (eYRC) will attract even more talent than last year. The competition, which his department organises, hit a record 34,500 registrations last season. Eight years ago, when it was launched, that number was 4,500.
