If iOS 9.3 bricked your iPhone or iPad, download this update from Apple

Apple has published an update to iOS 9.3, to fix activation problems people are having on iPhone 5S devices or earlier, and iPad Air devices and earlier. The update removes Activation Lock, so people can access their phone to complete the update.
