Huawei founder hopes Biden administration will have an "open policy"

Huawei Technologies' founder Ren Zhengfei said on Tuesday it would be "extremely difficult" for the United States to end the sanctions that have crippled its phone business, but that he hoped the new U.S. administration would have an "open policy".
