Fitbit might buy Pebble for its tech, and shut it down

Fitbit's rumored to be in talks to acquire smartwatch brand Pebble, in a deal that may be worth less than a quarter of the amount asked by Pebble's CEO. Neither company has had the best 2016 though, and the deal isn't finalized yet.
