Fallout 76 Patch 11 will make it easier for new players to survive the Wasteland

Bethesda is planning to make it easier for new Fallout 76 players to survive the Wasteland with the upcoming Patch 11. One of the changes to help low-level characters is the reduced rate of encountering high-level enemies in certain areas.
