Despite improvements, Windows 10 tablets remain second-class

Microsoft made desktop users unhappy with Windows 8, and hopes that 10 will atone for the company’s sins. It also has to continue support for tablets, 2-in-1s and touchscreen monitors. Can the company walk that tight-rope?
