Celkon CliQ smartphone with 16MP camera, HD display launched at Rs 8,399

Celkon has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of a new 4G-enabled smartphone. Dubbed CliQ, the handset comes with a ‘Live Cam’ feature that allows it to capture small video clips when clicking pictures, similar to iOS’ Live Photos feature.
