Bixby Key can now be deactivated on the Galaxy S8, but still can't be reassigned

A software update will enable a feature on the Galaxy S8 for owners to stop the Bixby Key on the side of the device from waking the virtual assistant. However, it doesn't add a feature to re-assign the button to something else.
