AMD unveils Radeon Instinct, a powerful GPU designed for machine learning

The Radeon Instinct is designed for high-performance machine learning, using a brand new open-source library for GPU accelerators called MIOpen. Together AMD hopes this will support an open software ecosystem for machine learning.
