Alibaba founder Jack Ma pitches for easier e-commerce rules

Jack Ma, the founder and executive chairman of Alibaba, today urged WTO members to adopt easier and transparent rules for e-commerce so as to support small businesses and encourage them to succeed in the global marketplace.
