Zambia leaves rates unchanged at 12.5 pct

LUSAKA (Reuters) - Zambia's central bank left its benchmark lending rate at 12.5 percent on Thursday, saying that while inflation was stable a dip in external demand was putting pressure on the copper-producing nation's economy.
