Venezuelan opposition sets symbolic vote on new constitution

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) — Venezuela's opposition said Monday it will hold a symbolic referendum to give voters the opportunity to reject President Nicolas Maduro's plans to rewrite the constitution.
