Usain Bolt's sponsor Digicel files for U.S. IPO

(Reuters) - Digicel Group Ltd, the Caribbean telecommunications company that sponsors sprinters Usain Bolt and Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce, filed for an initial public offering of Class A common stock.
