UPDATE 1-JPMorgan changes chief of high-profile card business

NEW YORK, Feb 1 (Reuters) - JPMorgan Chase & Co said
on Wednesday that Jennifer Piepszak will become chief executive
of its card services division, replacing Kevin Watters.
