TSX nears three-week low as oil prices drop

TORONTO (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index fell to a nearly three-week low on Tuesday as oil prices plunged on more concerns about a global supply glut, helping push down shares of energy producers. The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index unofficially closed down 145.93 points, or 1.01 percent, at 14,246.77. Nine of the 10 main sectors on the index were in the red.
