Swiss cabinet eyes new referendum on EU immigration curbs

By Michael Shields ZURICH (Reuters) - Swiss voters look set to decide for a second time whether to impose curbs on immigration from the European Union or reaffirm close economic ties with the bloc after the government said on Wednesday the issue deserved another referendum.
