Struggling China property developer Kaisa says CEO resigns

HONG KONG, Feb 2 (Reuters) - Embattled Chinese property
developer Kaisa Group, which sold some of its Shanghai
assets at the weekend, said on Monday its chief executive
officer has resigned.
