South Africa's rand falls 1 pct to one-week low

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South Africa's rand touched its weakest point against the dollar in nearly a week on Tuesday, falling one percent to 12.7840. The local unit suffered along with fellow emerging market currencies following the Chinese central bank's decision to devalue the yuan after a string of poor economic data.
